WI June Meeting

Members gathered at the Combe Martin Museum on Monday 6 June. A most interesting evening was spent looking at all the displays and exhibits. This year’s WI knit in was attended by 15 knitters. After two hours Mary Green had knittedĀ 30 inches. President Gillian welcomed 18 members and one new member this evening. There were five apologies.

Flower Festival: 3rd-4th July 2010

This weekend there will be a Flower Festival in St Thomas’ parish church. The WI are celebrating 90 years in Devon,and to mark the occasion Kentisbury WI are staging the festival. The theme is “Celebrations”.
